It has been confirmed that the fast_finish flag is responsible for triggering multiple build notifications on #zftalk.dev.
Remove fast_finish flag
New coding standard
- dropped HHVM support - added PHP 7.1 and 7.2 builds - removed documentation deploy - removed IRC notifications
- renamed documentation directory: doc -> docs - updated LICENSE.md skeleton - updated composer.json skeleton - added PR and ISSUE github templates - updated .gitattributes and .gitignore - updated README.md docs links and coveralls badge
