About this PR

The proposal has reached stage 3 as indicated by tc39's list of active proposals. It is also worth noting that the coming release of Typescript v5.2 will adopt the using-related feature. Developers who are eager to leverage this functionality may want the change to be ready in core-js.

I am just wondering is there anything still remain a technical blocker? If not maybe you should consider merging this PR whenever you are capable to do so.

@hkleungai thanks for your concern about this. However, it was moved to stage 3 in another form. Some days ago it was merged back into the initial proposal. It will be added soon with some changes. Since it affects some entries, it will be published in the next minor release in 2-3 weeks.
