About

Welcome to Hack-X-Sprint, an exciting open innovation hackathon hosted by Google Developer Group on Campus (GDGoC) Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, and MLH.

Hack-X-Sprint is a decentralized, student-focused, organizer-led event designed not just as a competition, but as a comprehensive journey from ideation to implementation. Our mission is to empower student developers to identify real challenges—whether on their campuses, in their local communities, or broader societal gaps—and build practical, functional solutions.

Key Focus & Requirements:

  • Theme: Open Innovation. Participants have the full freedom to choose any problem that inspires them.
  • The Goal: To build a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This is a building competition, requiring teams to deliver working prototypes, not just ideas.
  • Mandatory Technology: Every project must utilize at least one Google Technology (e.g., Gemini API, Flutter, Firebase, Google Cloud) to power their solution.

What You'll Experience:

  • Extended Development Period: Unlike traditional weekend hackathons, Hack-X-Sprint provides an extended timeline (December 2025 – January 2026) for deep development and refinement.
  • Community: Collaborate with peers, form diverse cross-branch and cross-year teams, and join a vibrant community of innovators ready to make a tangible difference.

This is your chance to turn your ideas into action, learn hands-on skills, and create an impact that matters. Bring your creativity, leverage Google technologies, and showcase your talent!
