Yes. Inventory is free to use and has no ads. A Puter account is required to save and sync your inventory.
Yes. Sign in and choose “Explore with sample data” in the welcome screen. The sample banner lets you clear that dataset when you are ready to start your own inventory.
Export it as CSV, then review the column mapping and SKU matches in Inventory. You can update products, add to stock, or skip matches. See the import walkthrough.
Yes. Each product can hold stock, a shelf code, and a minimum at each location. Transfers move units between places without changing the total quantity.
Use a compatible USB or Bluetooth scanner that types a barcode, enter codes yourself, or try the camera scanner where supported. Camera scanning requires browser support and camera permission.
After loading the app online, its cached app shell and local mirror support connection drops. Changes queue on this device until you reconnect. A first visit or a new sign-in still needs a connection. Check the sync status before switching devices.
Settings includes product CSV export and a full JSON backup. Use the backup to restore records, including history and settings. Restoring replaces the current dataset; review the backup workflow first.
