Who are we?

Yash (me) and Kristin (hello!) spend our days thinking about scaling companies from two different vantage points.

Yash – head of education at Clay, spends his days deep in the operational trenches, helping companies scale their GTM using the latest developments in technology and AI.

Kristin – partner at Eniac Ventures, has a more panoramic view, supporting portfolio companies as they scale across a variety of industries, channels, and GTM motions.

Between the two of us, we’ve spoken to thousands of founders and operators building companies of all shapes and sizes.

After years of nerd-ing out on GTM together, we decided to start documenting some of our learnings & conversations in the hope that they’d be helpful to others – as well as to challenge and refine our own thinking.

Since our goal is to ultimately build practical resources that are helpful to all of you - please leave us your sincere thoughts and feedback on what you’d like to see! We’ll incorporate it all as best we can.
