Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Krust, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Source Code

Krust source code is available under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later (AGPLv3+), except for third-party components or files that identify another license. Your rights to copy, modify, and distribute that source are governed by the applicable open-source license, not by these Terms.

Official Builds and Pro Services

Official signed and notarized Krust builds may include update, activation, and support services. A Pro purchase grants access to the stated services and official-build features for the purchased term. It does not reduce or replace rights granted by AGPLv3+ to the corresponding source code.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. All payments, billing, and tax handling are managed by LemonSqueezy under their terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans, no questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.

5. Trial

A 14-day Pro trial is included and starts when you first use a Pro-gated feature. Free features remain fully available before, during, and after trial.

6. Intellectual Property

Copyright in Krust source code and documentation belongs to its respective contributors and is licensed as stated in the repository. The Krust name, logo, product icon, and related brand assets are not licensed under AGPLv3+. Use of those marks is governed by the project trademark policy and applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Krust is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Kubernetes configuration. You use Krust at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Krust project maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Krust, including but not limited to data loss, cluster misconfiguration, or downtime.

9. Kubernetes Cluster Responsibility

Krust provides tools to manage Kubernetes resources. You are solely responsible for the actions you perform on your clusters through Krust, including resource deletion, scaling, and configuration changes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
