What is LAN Party?

LAN Party is a curatorial duo by Vienna Kim 🎀 & Benoit Palop 👾 that curates exhibitions, publishes texts & organises community activations both online and IRL that challenge and reconfigure what curating looks like on the internet today. Our projects, writings and curatorial practice are deeply rooted in our research, which focuses on internet (sub)cultures, technostalgia, & video game theory.

In addition to our writing and exhibitions, we organise community gatherings that bring together artists, curators and builders of the new internet to conspire upon how we can expand and further the field of curating on the internet and in the digital age.

BLOG by LAN Party is our monthly newsletter that illuminates and shares key points in our in-depth research that we believe will encourage and aid us (as a society) in becoming more critical, freethinking agents in a world that is becoming geographically, culturally, psychologically and technologically more and more gentrified.
