Hi, I’m Kel, the slightly sleep-deprived, overly caffeinated brain behind MindFullOfIt.

By day, I work in mental health care. By night, I turn burnout, chaos, and compassion into words (and occasionally memes). I write about ADHD, autism, trauma, recovery, and the messy, beautiful ways humans try to hold it all together.

This space started as survival, a tiny rebellion against burnout, silence, and pretending we’re fine when we’re not. Somewhere along the way, it became a hive: part story, part psychology, part chaos, all heart.
