Notes is an app that, as its name suggests, lets you take notes on your PC. But, despite the simplicity implied by its name, this app is much more than a simple notepad. In terms of features, in fact, the app is more similar to OneNote than to the traditional Windows notepad.

The first feature that stands out when you open Notes is its folder and label organization system. In the left column, you will find a complete list with all the folders and labels you have created, so all your notes are well organized. This layout, in fact, is very similar to the default OneNote structure.

You can also create subfolders within each folder you create. And of course, within each subfolder, you can create as many notes as you want and add any tag. Thanks to the tag system, you will also be able to find any of your notes much faster, regardless of the folder you put them in.

Presentation is also a very important aspect for those who take notes on a regular basis. And it's for this reason that Notes has several different fonts, several different sizes and, most importantly, three visual themes. There are the usual light and dark modes, but there is also a very elegant sepia mode, which is perfect for taking classy notes.
