Hi I’m rebecca and I’m a cartoonist, zine-maker, community organizer and teaching artist. Paper Guts is where I share sketch dumps, Zine Club Columbus announcements, creative process posts, obsessions, lists, secrets, and anything else I can think of. I’m dyslexic and a recovering perfectionist. So I named this newsletter, Paper Guts, because I know that it takes guts to put pen to paper.
I hope this newsletter invites you to take creative risks with me and that my drawings can remind you of something familiar we can talk about.

In July 2024, I started Zine Club Columbus, an irl volunteer-run community group that invites folks of all experiences levels to make + share zines and connect with their local zine-community.
