I’m a developer turned founder-CEO. My company develops and maintains a portfolio of WordPress plugins, including Amelia booking plugin, wpDataTables tables & charts plugin, IvyForms form builder and MapSVG mapping plugin.

WordPress Origin Story

I first met WordPress in 2008-2009 in my web-design-freelancing journey. I quickly got attracted to it as an easy way to get a reliable “engine” to websites I built, and that love became stronger once the ecosystem around it evolved in 2012-2014 (themes, plugins, etc.)

Soon I created my own plugins (wpDataTables, Amelia) and was able to create a company around it. We love giving back to the community by volunteering at WordCamps, doing presentations.

I organize WordPress meetups in the UAE.
