Terms of Service

What RChecker is

RChecker helps Rust server staff review player checks, account links, bans, third-party service data, and client reports.

RChecker does not make final moderation decisions. Project staff decide how to use the information they see.

Who may use it

Use RChecker only if you are allowed to manage or support a Rust server, project, or moderation workflow.

Do not use RChecker to harass people, publish private information, or run checks without proper authority.

Your account

Keep your login secure. Do not share your account with people who should not have access.

Project owners and authorized access managers are responsible for updating staff permissions when responsibilities change.

Checks and reports

RChecker Client transfers hashed HWID, detected Steam IDs, detected Steam account data, Steam name history, limited Steam app activity, report time, and client IP address. Local searches can show program launch activity/history, documents or recent files, registry artifacts, system/device signals, and other sensitive local data locally on the device, but that local search data is never transferred to RChecker.

If you ask someone to run RChecker Client, tell them why and follow your server rules and applicable law.

Do not upload false reports, tamper with reports, or use reports outside legitimate moderation or security work.

Service limits

RChecker may be unavailable sometimes. Features may change as the product improves or security needs change.

We may suspend access if RChecker is abused, attacked, used unlawfully, or used in a way that puts users or the service at risk.

Plans, recurring billing, and cancellation

Free is limited to three projects per non-administrator owner. Pro is a separate subscription for each project and renews monthly or yearly at the price and currency shown before checkout; taxes or other required charges are shown by the payment provider during checkout.

Our payment provider hosts checkout, processes payment details, issues payment documents, and provides the customer billing portal. RChecker does not receive or store your full card number.

A project owner can cancel or resume a project’s Pro renewal from that project’s RChecker billing settings. The customer billing portal is shared across the owner’s projects and is provided for invoices and payment methods. A scheduled cancellation normally keeps Pro access through the paid period shown in RChecker. A refund alone does not cancel renewal or remove access unless the subscription is separately ended; payment failure, pause, dispute-related revocation, or immediate termination may restrict access after the provider confirms the change.

Applicable refund and cancellation rights are shown during checkout and may depend on mandatory consumer law. Contact [email protected] promptly if a charge or subscription status appears incorrect.
