Hello! I am both a restaurant and private chef so I’m always coming up with recipes and wanted to share them somewhere. The idea of this Substack is to explore the folklore and mythology behind food, both of ingredients and dishes as this is something I have always found fascinating. I also love cooking seasonally, as not only is it more sustainable, but food is so much more delicious when it’s in season, so each newsletter will feature seasonal produce.
