Sara Keene is a writer, recipe developer and creative strategist living in New York. She currently works at Rude Mouth, a wine bar in Williamsburg and was previously a baker at Smør in the East Village. Her Substack deals with the two most basic human truths, growing up and feeding ourselves. If we can’t make it out alive, may we eat and drink well trying.
