After installing ScreenHunter for the first time on your PC, you'll receive a 15-day free trial. Once this free trial is up, you'll need to sign up for one of the product's three available licenses: Free, Plus and Pro. The Free version of the program allows you to record videos up to 1 minute long. The Plus version, on the other hand, allows you to record videos up to ten minutes long and offers some additional features that aren't available with the Free version. The two most important features of ScreenHunter are undoubtedly video recording and taking screenshots. When taking screenshots, you can choose the format you want them in (JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, TIF or BMP), the default name you want them to have, whether you want to add a border or shading, and the overall quality. When recording videos, you can also choose the format (MP4 or FLV) and, of course, the image quality and frame rate. You can also program the app to stop recording after a certain period of time.

Other additional tools

In addition to taking screenshots and recording videos, ScreenHunter also lets you perform many other actions. With the built-in image editor, you can touch up any screenshot you've taken in a matter of seconds. Additionally, the Screendraw tool allows you to draw directly on your desktop, and the Color Picker lets you select any color on your screen. You can even open and use your webcam directly from the app and add filters or easily change the picture quality.
