Accounts and service
By using this service you accept these terms. Generation requires a valid Google account. You are responsible for protecting your account and managing actions taken through it.
Credits and payments
Video costs depend on model, duration, resolution, and audio settings. Image costs are shown before submission. Choose a monthly subscription, a one-time 30-day plan, or a credit pack. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. One-time plans expire 30 days after payment; packs expire after 365 days. Payment refunds are governed by the refund policy.
Failed generations
Failed video tasks return reserved credits to their original credit lot with the original expiration. Image tasks follow submission-attempt billing. Uncertain submissions enter review to avoid duplicate generation and charges. If content is generated but saving fails, saving is retried separately.
Use restrictions
Do not generate illegal, harmful, threatening, infringing, or deceptive content; abuse interfaces; bypass credit limits; exploit vulnerabilities; or resell the service as a competing generation service. You must have the right to upload reference files and use generated content.
Generated content
Content is generated by third-party models. Usage rights are subject to provider terms and applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your generated creations. Results may contain errors; inspect them before use.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and may be interrupted by maintenance, model restrictions, provider outages, or network problems. We do not guarantee a result will meet a particular expectation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
Termination and changes
Violations may lead to account restrictions or termination. Updates will be published here; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. Contact [email protected] for account deletion or other questions.
