Bio
I’m an expert in entertainment media and data science, and I do data science at a movie studio for my day job. My work has been published in peer-reviewed media journals, and I have served as an invited reviewer for communication and media management journals and conferences around the world.
I was born in Seoul, Korea; learned English in Tuscaloosa, AL; and grew up in northern Virginia. Considering home to be where the heart is, I call Los Angeles, CA home. In my free time, I like to go to concerts, write, sing at karaoke bars, watch movies, travel, and take long walks on the beach.
