Hi, I’m Sandra White, and I believe the women holding up the world deserve to sleep deeply, lead powerfully, and live fully.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked with ambitious women navigating the intersection of leadership, life transitions, and whole-person wellness. I’m a CBT, REBT, EQ, and Confidence Master Certified professional, and a Certified CBT-I Clinician specializing in helping women reclaim the restorative sleep that changes everything.
Why Sleep First?
Because I learned the hard way that you can’t lead from empty.
After years of averaging 4 hours of sleep per night, holding up the sky at work and home, thinking exhaustion was just the price of success, I knew I had to resolve my poor sleep because it was stealing my clarity, my confidence, and my capacity to show up as the leader I wanted to be.
Traditional sleep advice didn’t work. Gadgets were temporary fixes. Homeopathic solutions were hopeful but not successful.
What finally transformed my sleep?

My Story
After spending years building my career while running on empty, I hit a wall. The 4-hour nights weren’t sustainable. The exhaustion was affecting everything - my work, my relationships, my health, my future.
I tried everything. What finally worked was CBT-I and neuroplasticity-based training. Within 6 weeks, I went from 4 hours to 7-8 hours of restorative sleep. The transformation wasn’t just in my nights, it was in my days, my decisions, my entire life.
That experience led me to become a Certified CBT-I Clinician so I can help other women who are tired of being tired. Because I know firsthand that when you sleep well, you lead better. You think clearer. You show up stronger.
Now I help women leaders reclaim their sleep, their confidence, and their capacity to lead powerfully for decades to come.
