At SnapAPI, operated by Individual Entrepreneur ALEKSEI SEREBRIAKOV (Registration No: EN2940448, Tax ID: 306546360, Tbilisi, Georgia), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our screenshot API subscription plans.

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. All refunds are handled in accordance with this policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with SnapAPI for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
• It is your first subscription with SnapAPI
• You have not previously received a refund from SnapAPI

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds or account credits at our discretion in the following cases:

• Extended service outages affecting your ability to use the API
• Billing errors on our part
• Exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
• Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the initial purchase
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
• Partial months of service after cancellation
• Additional API usage or overage charges that were consumed
• Second or subsequent subscriptions (if you've had a previous refund)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via our Contact Form with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include in your email:
   • Your account email address
   • Date of purchase
   • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Wait for confirmation - we'll respond within 2 business days

You can also request a refund through your Paddle receipt email by clicking the "Request Refund" link.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

• Processing time: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Currency: Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase
• Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

After a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You won't lose access to your API keys or dashboard, but your quota will be reduced to the free plan limits.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation is different from a refund. When you cancel your subscription:

• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• You retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period
• After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
• Your data and API keys are preserved

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Log in to your Dashboard
2. Go to Billing section
3. Click Manage Subscription
4. Select Cancel Subscription
