Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Open the Billing page in your account settings and you will be taken to the Stripe customer portal to cancel there. If you paid with PayPal, please sign in to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring subscription from there directly — PayPal does not support a direct redirect from our site, so this manual step is needed. Thank you for understanding.
How reliable is generation, and what happens if it fails?
Generation is highly reliable and rarely fails. However, because AI generation resources are in tight supply worldwide right now, occasional failures can happen. Please rest assured: if you ever run into frequent or prolonged failures, email us with the specific details of the failed generation and we will investigate right away and give you double compensation.
Are all features available after I subscribe?
Yes. Once you subscribe, every feature is available to you. Every paid tier unlocks all paid features, for example: (1) removing the watermark, (2) one-click sprite sheet download, and (3) permanent data retention — your data is kept forever, whereas free users' data is only kept for 90 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Why didn't I receive my daily credits?
Registering accounts from multiple devices or IP addresses is treated as abuse, and we do not issue duplicate credits in those cases. If you have any questions about your device or setup, please contact us.
