Maintenance Duration: Up to 2 hours

We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance during this window, including an upgrade to our Stock Movements service. This service powers inventory across Lightspeed Purchase and Lightspeed Produce, as well as product management in Back Office.

Expected Impact:
- The Stock Movements service may be unavailable for up to 1 hour within this window. During this time, creating or editing products on the Back Office Products page will be temporarily blocked.
- Inventory actions triggered during the window, including purchase orders in Lightspeed Purchase, and recipes and ingredient stock in Lightspeed Produce will be queued and processed automatically once maintenance completes. No data will be lost, though stock levels may take a short time to catch up afterwards.
- POS operations will not be affected. You can continue taking orders and processing sales as normal.

- Improved Split by Product at checkout so quantity-modified line items can now be split unit by unit.

RESOLVED
- Fixed an issue where the Refund Sale button was intermittently hidden in POS Sale History, preventing a refundable sale from being refunded.
- Fixed an issue where the order-completed webhook reported a Pay-at-Table order's course status as "pending" instead of "called", which could stop kitchen display and order-management partners closing out completed orders.
- Fixed an issue where tapping Email or Print receipt before an On Account order finished syncing could silently fail to send the receipt.
- Fixed an issue where Kiosk plan names displayed incorrectly on invoices and in the Back Office subscriptions list.

IMPROVED
- Added a default-on "Hide deleted options" checkbox to Back Office report filters, hiding deleted categories, registers, users, sites, amongst other options from every filter dropdown.
- Improved the Site and Company timezone picker with clearer city-based labels, Australia and New Zealand grouped first, and additional timezones including Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, and Chatham Islands.

RESOLVED
- Fixed an issue where print errors did not offer a reprint option when Parallel Printing was turned off.
- Fixed an issue where a small refund could leave a customer's loyalty credit balance inconsistent.
- Fixed an issue where the Back Office Suppliers tab counted and paged through non-purchased products, producing uneven page sizes and an inflated total.
- Fixed an issue where cancelling or exiting a split-by-product card payment incorrectly reported the order as deleted in Insights.
- Fixed an issue where an item could be removed from an order without approval when changes via the permission override feature were waiting to be approved.
- Fixed an issue where a white band appeared along the bottom of the screen on iPhones and iPads with a home-indicator safe area.
- Fixed an issue where emailed On-Account invoice PDFs with 50 or more line items squashed every line onto a single unreadable page.
- Fixed an issue where updating a customer's loyalty reference on POS did not send a customers/updated webhook to connected integrations.
- Fixed an issue where some customer errors on the Reservations API returned a server error instead of a clear validation error.
