Your micro:bit demands power, however this can be achieved in a number of ways thanks to the flexibility of this great little computer.

The default option is to connect two AAA batteries to the micro:bit battery connector. We stock switched and un-switched battery packs which include the JST connector to do just that.

You can also power the micro:bit via USB or the edge connector - take a look at our micro:bit cables section for a good range of alligator clips and micro-USB cables.

Why not try powering a micro:bit with coin cell batteries? The MI:power board uses a single CR2032 battery to enable fun mobile projects!
