Question
Hello together,
I'd like to have a Search Field in my
WebLeftBar, but... I'm getting no idea how to do so.
Can anyone help me? The search didn't get me results, but if i used the wrong keywords and this question was already asked i would not mind in getting a hint where to find the answer!
Cheers,
Benjamin

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
You need a search form and an input field. Copy the form and contents from
WebTopBar, and optionally remove the Jump field.

Allright, thank you, but i got a little bug:If I only use the searchfield and try to search "sth" then he enters ".../WebHome?search=sth" instead of "../WebSearch?search=sth" in the adress bar of the browser. Would be cute to fix that but its not that necessary
Anyways, if its helping/interesting for anyone find the part of code i entered:
<form action="%SCRIPTURLPATH%/view%SCRIPTSUFFIX%/%INCLUDINGWEB%/WebSearch">
<div class="twikiSearchBox">
<label for="go">Search: </label>
<input type="text" id="go" name="search" size="16" />
</div></form><!--/twikiSearchBox-->
