Worst place to buy from I don’t recommend had a faulty computer sent to me, seller did everything they could to NOT communicate back with me so I had to go through onbuy who made me video me packaging it, send postage etc I did all that they claimed they refunded then they only sent it to the finance team then they haven’t it’s all so confusing but clearpay informed me they have not infact even processed any refund an informed me onbuy are lying so now I’m money down and also a item down and on buy and the seller get to keep £ so now it’s all with action fraud and this is my reference number for them: RF25120044201C as I have a police reference as I’m so tired and exhausted this was a gift at Christmas which was ruined and now I’m hundreds in pounds down so I’m going through the police and fraud team. When I get a confirmation of refund such as email or any kind of proof this review will then be removed but as I keep getting told it’s not done yet, yes it’s done it’s processed, it’s not initiated yet I’m so tired of lying agents. I can only imagine there reviews are fake as they respond instantly to positive feedback Unfortunately I got sent a email but stating it’s not even refunded yet we are just going around in circles and no resolution I been scammed by onbuy As of 31st of December - one email one buy did saying we have not processed a refund only sent it to the finance department. When do you intend on returning or even attempting a refund? It’s fraud what you are doing now and I’m at my wits end with it clearpay said they will happily open a dispute as I have email proof they confirmed they “did a refund” but it’s not the point why do OnBuy agents lie no refund has ever been made and no confirmation has ever come through and who is this finance department it’s now 1st January and I can confirm they lied about a refund it’s not been processing it’s not even initiated they keep lying = FRAUD - everytime they email me they have different excuses it isn’t hard to REFUND and send me email confirmation of the refund but they refuse and ignore every email as they lied about sending a refund and some finance department which seems like a scam order number ORDER NO. T6BK5YZ till there is a automated confirmation on a email saying refund you have NOT done it

I’ll start by saying that the staff have been very helpful throughout and everything was very smooth getting started. We have no gas at home and we chose to have solar panels installed by Ovo so we could make use of the exclusive SEG rates and switched to Ovo at that point in October 25 so we could also use their Heat Pump Plus tariff for discounted electric to heat the house plus 7p Charge Anytime for EV charging. We were really pleased to join Ovo as there were so many benefits and that’s where it went completely downhill. We hadn’t even fully switched by the time they doubled the energy price for Charge Anytime. We stayed with the switch despite this as the Heat Pump Plus tariff still made sense for us, however as of December 25, they’re ending support for this tariff so by the end of January 26 we’ll be on a standard rate tariff and the cost to heat the house we double for the rest of winter. All the emails and website FAQs say they’re doubling down on green tariff support but this does not reflect reality as they’ve removed all the ‘type of use’ tariffs Heat Pump plus, Battery boost, doubled EV Charge Anytime and they didn’t even bother to sort alternative tariffs based on ‘time of use’ like most of their competitors. Call centre staff have been left without timelines, solutions, or compensation options, leaving us no choice but to exit early and switch supplier. The call centre staff actually opened a complaint for us, but there was nothing they could do for us to resolve it so it was promptly closed shortly after opening with no action. Whilst the T&Cs allow tariffs to change, removing them this quickly and without viable alternatives undermines trust. Based on our experience, OVO’s green tariff promises do not align with their actions and we feel misled.

Like all “Provably Fair” sites, they use dynamic odds manipulation. “Provably Fair” only shows that the result was not altered not that they aren’t manipulating the games prior to the result. It’s mathematically proven that they use balance, bet size, multi, betting behavior, etc to give the result they want. I have hit impossible odds multiple times only on the lost side. They will claim variance but it is clearly in mathematically proven not to be. It’s fixed. You will never be in profit longer than a day. They often put you on alter loss either individually or sitewide. They have quotas and they know exactly how much money they are going to make and if they are short best believe they’re putting you and everyone else on auto loss. They control absolutely everything. There is no randomness or luck involved. I requested to see a third-party audit of their internal system which they cannot provide and never will provide because they can’t have third-party audits because it would show exactly what I said. Any legitimate reputable site will offer up their third-party audits for you to review happily and willingly. Stake will just claim “Provably Fair” which is laughable. There’s a reason they are not in any state that legally allows online gambling. They would have to submit to their regulations and audits. They’re not gonna let that happen. It doesn’t take a genius.

I purchased an Anker Power Bank 25K (165W) from an authorised reseller (2B Egypt) on 7 September 2025. The device developed clear hardware defects within the warranty period (a non-functioning port and a non-functioning built-in cable). I provided a valid invoice, serial number, and troubleshooting proof. Support was polite, but Anker MEA strictly refused to authorise service in Jordan, stating that the device must be physically presented in the country of purchase and that warranty handling cannot be done remotely. This is despite the product being marketed as having a “Hassle-Free Warranty.” In practice, the warranty is entirely country-locked in the MEA region, which makes legitimate cross-border cases extremely difficult. Additionally, at one point my power bank case was incorrectly referred to as “earbuds,” indicating that responses were templated rather than carefully reviewed. Buyers should be aware that “hassle-free” does not apply if you do not reside in the country of purchase, even with full documentation and a genuine defect.

I recently bought a Beldray steam mop direct from their website, I found it easy to order and pay for and delivery was very quick. I've bought many Beldray products over the years, but this was the first from the website and I will definitely buy again if the price is right, which it most definitely was this time. I've bought several of their stick vacuums, I keep one upstairs in the airing cupboard and one downstairs in the utility room. My first steam mop was Beldray and I still have it for my carpets, it's the old pump version, but steams brilliantly. I've had several other makes of steam mop, but still come back to Beldray, this time because I needed one that steams automatically and this one has variable steam. It cleans the floor really well with loads of steam and the floor doesn't look like a skating rink afterwards, it's almost dry! I've not tried it as a handheld steam cleaner yet, but if cleaning the floor is anything to go by, I'm expecting good results!

Placed my order on dec 22, paid for it via Paypal. The product showed "in stock". Their system shows payment still due, and their customer service is of no use. In one mail they acknowledge payment is indeed received, and in the next mail (supposedly from the same agent), they ask for proof of payment. No mention of order processing or shipment. After my third email, no more answers, they ghost me. Awful experience P.S. right after this review, I received in my email this answer from the company. It is, presumably, not a coincidence that a bad public review sets the webshops costumoer service machinery in motion, for which I am thankful to trust pilot. Hopefully, my issue is resolved and I can update my experience with Suitable.

Zero buyer protection. Bought 3 arc raiders account From Seller: IPlayLife So here is what happened: I bought 3 accounts of arc raider fresh account and after grinding on those account for like 14day or so i made them worth about 200-400$ worth however exactly after a month the date i bought the account Nov 30 2025 , The accounts got revoked... by first email obviously seller did it and the reason i'm so sure of it is because of bad reviews. You can check for yourself in there seller profile,( just search IPlayLife eldorado.gg and you should be able to find it) Almost every single one of them says the same story as mine. Don't ever trust ever. I even have proof of it ofc.

The redemption shows in my Points History as “Processing”, but I have not yet received the gift card code or confirmation email. I’ve tried waiting, but it’s been several business days now. Pls pls pls do not use this betting site the take your money and then when u go to withdraw its under review for however long they feel with no explanition I feel robbed surely there is rules about how long they can keep your money ransom etc update and then they’ll shut ur procedeed to close the account no explanation and the withdrawals disappeard no proof so they think if I don’t get my money I will be takeing to gaming commision get these scumbags closed down seriously theifs and don’t even bother to wear a mask

Another getaway with Hoseasons at Aber bay for the Christmas holidays . Premier lodge bay view was comfortable with a amazing view over clarach bay. Plenty of towels and lovely clean bedding. The facilities at Aber bay are top notch and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hot tub is checked daily and is a added luxury to this superb lodge , never get tired of this gem of a place look forward to staying again this year.
