I only took 1 star off as I have had dealings with a few dodgy , rude people on there requesting ( practically demanding ) the food and my address! As a lone female I do not feel comfortable with pushy or dishonest men or demanding snappy women lol So the 4 stars is for MOST people who have been lovely , turned up when said and followed my instructions and were polite I am NOT a FWH as I do not drive - I just try new foods and make mistakes re buying in bulk to save money I also like to declutter or get rid of food lurking in my freezer to make room for new food I also give away household items Most people are lovely like I said and the NEW VERY LOCAL INDEED FWH I have found recently ( who has become one recently ) is a DREAM!! So very polite and pleasant and I do sometimes miss out but other times we have got a lovely few bits which come from Sainsbury's I am a full time carer on benefits so it is such a treat to be GIFTED FOOD and Olio is a wonderful app and it really helps me out plus helps prevent food waste!

Would give zero stars if I could. Realised too late that I had missed the very strict return policy by 2 days. The shoes are too small and useless to me… they were a Christmas present so not opened to 25 December and then had to be returned from overseas by 2 Jan. this is way too short for all of the distractions of Christmas and unexpectedly short. I was advised to try switching in store. Not really an option from overseas. Also it is discretionary policy by store. When I escalated to manager they could not call me as not a +44 number so left an email address and still waiting for a response hours later. Really !!! Very disappointed… it was in demand Ugg slippers so not even a Christmas special… will not be encouraged to use them again. The goods were ordered in November so to be here on time. But at Christmas only allowing 9 days for return- really it’s not giving anyone time to react ( versus your normal miserly 14 day return) expect more from an upmarket offering like selfridges / sadly wrong on this occasion

Christmas present for my nephew he absolutely loved it. However, it did bring a huge amount of stress which was not needed at the time due to personal matters that were going on. I called twice to let you know there would be nobody there to receive the parcel. However, even though you say that you will only deliver to the address if you do not choose any other options which I did not, you would try to deliver three times and then it would be returned to you. This was because there was nobody at the address G to a family emergency. You will have no idea of the amount of stress of knowing a high item has been left on the doorstep in a location that is rife for doorstep robberies. My contract is with you, not your courier and I would appreciate an explanation.

I still have not recieved my product. I noticed reviews from your store all reflect the same sentiment. "Delivery is terrible" If you want repeat customers, a good business solution would be to fix this. I ordered this way before christmas and it is still not here, it was a part of the gifts for our 20th anniversary and it was a big let down not to have it. Tracking still says Partial Delivery, wth that means, but this experience has not given me faith, even though I paid extra money for delivery. I would like the extra delivery fees refunded.

Used bensons for beds chat and spoke with Stewart McGregor in sales. A-ma-zing!! Sorted out what I wanted, the discounts, told me the delivery date and how to.pay. gold standard Spoke to Joe in Lincoln store originally and he was great but decided to order now and couldn't be sure on line I was doing right thing but stewart sorted it and it's a Sunday evening. Thank you

I honestly love this company! I have been a scotch drinker for over 40 years. There was a time when I would have 6 drinks a night after a stressful day at work. I got down to 2 per night after retiring but my doc wanted me down to 1. I simply wasn’t able to until I started drinking U Relax. I’m now happily down to 1 and both me, my liver, and my Dr are happy.

So I went to the store like two days ago and I put on the necklace and the charm fell off and I called and they said there’s nothing they can do about it which I totally understand but their jewelry is not good quality at all if it just broke so if I could put negative starts I would. Horrible experience and won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money!

Hi guys be careful with this website and this God forsake company. I order a charger 17days ago and till today I still have not got my product . Please by cut this company . I have reported them to the ombudsman in London and to my bank too. They have the audacity to tell me to wait extra 7days. Guys AVOID AVOID AVOID
