| WIN Leader Speaks to Membership |
WIN is an organization based on individual relationships. All of its participants from its member organizations and from
areas of the District where WIN organizes are WIN leaders. WIN leaders have conducted thousands of individual meetings and
hundreds of group meetings in the course of WIN's formation and political actions. From relationship meetings come mutual
trust and a spirit of community. Strength in unity enables WIN to persevere and achieve community objectives in the areas
of housing, schools, public safety, decent jobs and immigration.
