    Can I change layout and design of the default masonry gallery theme? Ot default gallery theme could be used only as is?

    Yes, you are able to modify every gallery theme which pre-configured in the gallery wizard. You can modify every type of gallery: mosaic, masonry, polaroid gallery and etc.
