Victim Support provides counseling with the necessary protective measures. We can be contacted by telephone, e-mail or at the Victim Support Center. Please make an appointment for a personal consultation in the office.

The consultations take place on the premises of the Victim Support Center, by telephone or by e-mail and are free of charge. Together with you, we will clarify what is helpful for you at the moment. Further helpful information can be found in the publications section.

• Information about victim support services
• Information about your rights and options in criminal proceedings
• Support in coping with the experience of violence
• Referral to specialists or specialist agencies
• Financial assistance within the framework of the Victim Assistance Act
• Support with insurance claims
• Support in claiming compensation; claims must be submitted within 5 years of the crime
• Advice from specialists and institutions
