(v) Architects/Engineers Certificate confirming cost of construction / cost of repairs / Cost of improvements / cost of Extension. (vi) Architects Certificate confirming age of Flat / House in case of purchase. (vii) Photo copy of Original title deeds* of plot / house / flat. ( *covering all the sale/transfer transactions till now) (viii) All other papers relating to title deeds of property.
