Hon. GAMALIEL A. CORDOBA Commissioner National Telecommunications Commission BIR Road, Quezon City

Dear Comm. Cordoba: The graduating students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) taking up Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSECE), who are enrolled in the subject Field Trips and Seminars, are planning to conduct a seminar that would empower the Electronics Engineering career in the country. Most of our Electronics Engineers nowadays dream to find their career opportunity overseas in which you cannot blame them, for it offers a more competitive salary and benefits than in our country. And because of that, the Philippines is experiencing a braindrain situation. In consonance with this, we would like to invite you or any of your personnel to give a talk or seminar to eighty (80) BSECE graduating student participants on February 20, 2014 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM at Gusaling Villegas (GV) Building, LAB3 (3rd Floor) of the said university. This seminar is aimed to encourage them, the future Electronics Engineers, to participate in nation building. The said seminar also aims to inform how vital the role of Electronics Engineers in our countrys development. We likewise hope that you will give us some insights on what possible careers are waiting for Electronics Engineers in public service. For further clarifications, you can reach us through my mobile number 09056260020 or email at [email protected]. Thank you very much and we hope to receive an affirmative response.

Respectfully Yours,

Jobert S. Gargoles Head Organizer
