Survey Checklist Security Alert System


International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, (Chapter XI-2) Survey requirements for all passenger ships including high speed passenger craft, cargo ships including cargo high speed craft of 500 gross tonnage and upwards and mobile offshore drilling units.

Complete all relevant sections; give information, dates or measurements, as appropriate. Mark boxes "x" to indicate satisfactory inspection. Dates should be given in the format mm/yyyy (month/year; e.g. May 2002 = 05/2002) A satisfactory operational status means that all major operating facilities and requirements of the equipment or unit have been tested and found to function in accordance with the relevant SOLAS regulations and associated IMO performance standards.
