DUE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd


Task: You will be creating a restaurant menu. Materials Needed: Folder or construction paper Markers or colored pencils.

Assignment Details
On the cover your must: 1. Design the cover of your menu 2. Create a name for your restaurant. Your name must be on the cover of the menu. On the inside left side you must: 1. Neatly write your menu items. You may also have pictures of the items if you choose. You may draw them or cut them out of magazines or print them from clip art, etc You will need to write menu items and prices for: 3-5 appetizers 5-8 main dishes 3-5 desserts 3-5 drinks * NO PRICE CAN BE REPEATED * YOU MAY NOT USE WHOLE NUMBERS AS PRICES Example: Apple Pie $4.00; however, you could use Apple Pie: $4.29. On the inside right side you must: 1. Give 5 sample orders (for one person only). Pick at least 4 items for each order (one drink, appetizer, main dish, and dessert). List each item from the menu along with its price. Give a total amount of the items. On the back you must: 1. Compare the cost of order 1 and order 2; then order 3 and order 4; finally order 5 and order 1. 2. Order your 5 sample orders from least to greatest. 3. Subtract the cost of the highest priced order with the lowest priced order. 4. Round the cost of purchasing all 5 orders.
