2009 2010: Northern PC Solutions - Computer Technician [Full Time]: Build and configuration of 100's of custom PC's Provided customer support and technical assistance on hardware & software. Testing systems regularly to ensure the elimination of bugs or viruses. Repair, maintenance and upgrades of personal computers & notebooks. Troubleshooting home networks to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. Assisted in modification and minor mechanical repairs to computer hardware and related equipment.

2011 2012: Lakes South Morang P-9 School Network Administrator [Full Time]: Working with one other technician to administrate the network of 2 campuses and more than 1000 users. Extensive Windows 2003/2008 server administration with Active directory. Plan and implementation of network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security and disaster recovery plans. Troubleshooting server connectivity issues. Adding/terminating users, assigning rights and access and resetting passwords. Performing complete server backups and restores Imaging and configuring of 500 Notebooks and Desktops Repairing, maintaining, and upgrading of desktop & notebook computers.
