Morande Edicion
limitada Shyra-
Cabernet Sauvignon
Chateau Reynella Vibrant dark purple with brilliant VND 1,159,000
Cabernet Sauvignon crimson hues. Lifted plum, ripe
cherry with underlying aniseed and
cigar box aromas, along with
complex notes of cassis, black olive
and violets. It is a very perfumed
example of McLaren Vale Cabernet.
The palate is powerful and textured,
providing layers of cassis, plum and
hints of mocha chocolate. Fine
tannins complement the fruit
flavour, whilst the acid structure
provides a wine of great length and
complexity. Spicy French oak
complements the fruit richness, and
leads into a lingering finish. "The
bouquets here can't wait to get out
of the bottle, a pandora's box (in a
good way) of intoxicating fruit. A
mouthful of winegums and jujube,
raspberry, vanillan and spice!"
Region Marlborough VND 378,000
Tasting Note: A mixture of black
cherry,dark chocolate and exotic
spice combine to produce a
delightfully complex nose.The palate
is elegant with good concentration
and soft tannins showing
blackberry,coffee and vanilla
flavours.
Food Match Enjoy in moderation
with a roasted pork loin and winter
vegetables.

The winery is located on the Right

Château Lafleur is unclassified, but
the estate is estimated among the

Among the most rare and expensive
wines, the wine is widely cited as
one of the world's finest.[2][3]
Chateau Margaux 1995 Tasting Note Excellent deep ruby VND 18000000
color. Very complex aromas of
blackcurrant, wild plum, violets,
minerals, tar and smoky oak. Dense
and supple, with great sweetness of
fruit.

Chateau Pichon- Chateau Pichon-Lalande VND 6532000
Lalande (Pauillac) 2003 (Pauillac) 2003: A great nose here,
of intense, dark fruits swirled with
raspberry compote, tinged with
cashew nuts. But it is seductive and
restrained rather than slutty. Lovely,
creamy, raspberry scented fruit, fine
elegance and texture. Beautifully
structured, supple and well put
together. Nut and toffee influenced
finish. In parts, quite gorgeous. A
success! From a Bordeaux 2003 UGC
tasting. 18+/20
Chateau Lafite 1982 VND 45000000
About Chateau Lafite
Rothschild
Along with Latour, this First Growth is
one of the two most famous and
prestigious properties of Bordeaux.
Château Lafite-Rothschild is also one
of the largest estates in the Médoc,
producign between 15,000 and
25,000 cases of the year. Centuries
of prestige have ensured consistent
demand for these wines, so even
with the current level of production,
one can count on them being
fantastically expensive. For those
who can afford these Lafite-
Rothschild, expect a wonderfully
concentrated, supremely elegant
wine with ineffable aromas of ripe
berries, lead pencil, minerals and
flowers, plus outstanding cellaring
potential. The grand vin is generally
made from 80-95% Cabernet
Sauvignon,
Expert reveiw: Good full, deep red.
Slightly high-toned, highly nuanced
nose of currant, roasted meat, cedar,
marzipan, smoke and tobacco.
Supple on entry, then firmed by
sound acids. Still quite unevolved
but seems distinctly less deep than
the bottle of '59 I tasted alongside it.
A rather muscular style of Lafite,
finishing with big, tongue-dusting
tannins. Drink 2005 through 2030.
93. My second bottle showed a
darker red-ruby color; higher-pitched
aromas of redcurrant, cedar, orange
peel and coconut; a bright, very tight
palate impression, with strong
acidity contributing to the impression
of steely spine; and a very subtle
and very long, firmly tannic finish.
This bottle seemed even less
evolved than the first sample.
