Definition:Sleep is a recurrent, altered state of consciousness that occurs for sustained periods. When periods obtain proper sleep, they feel that their energy has been restored.
Stages:There are four stages of sleep:-NREM sleep Stage I Stage II Stage III Stage IV -REM sleep or Stage V
