Linear encoders are used primarily on conventional metal working machine tools (lathes, milling machine tools, drilling and boring machines, grinding machine tools, machining centres, EDM, press brakes, etc). Both the scale and reading head are protected against the influence of industrial environment Available resolutions from 10 to 0,5 microns, output signals 11uA, 5V TTL RS422A, 12V square wave, +/-12V sinusoidal etc, Reference marks: one, two, upon request or distance coded reference marks.
With incremental linear scales current position is determined by starting at reference position and counting measuring steps. The Linear Encoders family consists of optoelectronic incremental linear encoders types: 111, 113, 115, 130, 131, 170.

Digitizing and interpolation single - axis units. They convert the sine wave current (11uA) or voltage signals (1Vpp) from the measuring transducers (linear encoders or rotary encoders) into TTL compatible square wave signals for digital up-down counter (e.g. digital position readouts, numerical CNC controllers etc.).

Features
The A133 is a sealed, true absolute, optoelectronic linear scale, applied in numerous industrial areas for high precision measuring of positions (NC-machine tools, positioning systems, robotics, Production lines, semiconductor equipment etc). It is designed for application which requires high resolution of measurement. The absolute position value is ascertained by evaluating a pseudo random code. Next to this code is an incremental track with a grating period of 32m. The A133 also permits a resolution of 0,1m over its entire measuring length of 3040 mm. Absolute code and incremental track are scanned by linear array of photovoltaic cells, which are together with appropriate signal conditioning and control electronics integrated on one monolithic integrated circuit. The scanning techniques are patent pending. The absolute position value is transmitting over the bidirectional serial interface by means of only four signal lines. Information specific to scale (resolution, datum offset, ID number), warnings and alarms are avalible over the same interface in register mode communication. Different safety techniques are implemented to increase reliability of measurirng and communication. The frequency, amplitude, PS voltage is real time monitored. Features

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The incremental angle encoders 72 transform mechanical rotation to a series of electrical pulses. Operating principle is shown in the drawing below. Periodic signals of approximate sine-wave shape are generated on the photosensors via photoelectric scanning. Reference signal is generated on the similar way and can be unique or distance coded. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of the A150 / A110 is to digitize and subdivide sinusoidal output signals from linear of rotary measuring tranducer. Electronic circuit of A150 / a110 subdivided sinusoidal incremental signals generated by linear or rotary transducer with the aid of resistor network. Subdivisional factor is 25 or 50, A110 by 1, 2, 5 or 10. A150 / A110 in case of any mistake in transducer (damaged cable, lampe error, scale contamination ...) , generated E impulse and setup outputs in high impendance state.
