Well Integrity Test Programme

This document outlines guidelines for performing formation leak-off tests (LOTs) and formation integrity tests. It describes the necessary equipment, steps to rig up and pump the tests, monitoring of pressure and volume curves, and calculations to determine equivalent mud weight and fracture gradient. Key steps include pumping at low rates, monitoring annular and drill pipe pressures, suspending pumping at the leak-off point, releasing pressure and measuring fluid returns. The objective is to estimate fracture pressure without inducing fractures or weakening the formation.
