1. This drawing is an As-built Sketch prepared from field measurements completed on 7-3-2014 by
this Firm.
2. This is not a comprehensive as-built of all the interior and exterior improvements of the Building.
Scope of work was limited to exterior profile measurement of the building. Exterior improvements
were limited to the ground level entry on the East side of the building, building facade and roof
elevations. Exterior building doors and windows are not shown. Elevations were measured for
the finished floors, facade and rooftop.
3. No attempt was made to determine the nature, size, location and depth of underground utilities.
This information should be obtained from Contractor's As-builts or "No-cuts".
4. No tree and landscaping information was collected.
5. Elevation shown hereon are referenced to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD).
6. BENCHMARK: Miami-Dade County N-684, Locator 3104 SE. 2" Square cut in concrete
sidewalk. Elevation +11.81 NGVD.
7. ZONING: Drawing does not indicate any official zoning classification, variances, uses permitted
thereunder, setback, height, bulk, density and/or parking requirements, reference to Miami-Dade
County Building Codes, or Zoning Codes, as same may vary depending on construction. All to
