Procedure to Apply:
The applicant must fill out the application from completely. Incomplete applications
will not be considered.
The applicant is required to attach copies of the following documents with his/her
application:
Attested copies of Educational Certificates, Awards and Achievements.
Proof of income (for all members of the household).
Salary/pension slips of all earning members.
Latest utility bills for the business and the household.
Latest income tax payment slips and returns of all earning members of the
household.
Latest property tax slip.
Last six months Bank Statement of the earning members of the household.
Rental lease (if applicable).
Prior fee concession certificates (if applicable).
Typed application by parents / guardians covering any additional information.
Fee receipts for siblings attending school / college / university.
Application will not be considered if the supporting documents are not attached with
the application. For online applications, scanned copies of the supporting documents
can be attached with the application.
Candidates applying for Qarz e Hasna Scheme need to sign an affidavit and payment
plan, provided by the SM Educational Foundation, as a guarantee to return the loan
amount. Payment plan will also be discussed with the successful applicants before
he/she signs these documents (For Qarz e Hasna Scheme Only)
