Role: Entrusted with the responsibility for end to end test execution of various modules within
releases. This involves Assigning task to all team members, interaction with developers through
triage call, interaction with client/ onshore for gathering business requirements, test design,

Testing the different services of the bank like Fund Transfers, Group Payments, 2ToSign Transfer,
Webchat, are in scope.
Project#2
Secure Online Webchat
Duration: May 2013 to Dec 2013
Description:
Secure Online web chat allows Barclays customers and non-customers to interact with Barclays
Agents to rectify their doubts regarding their accounts, Loans, Mortgages etc. It contains an
application called UCA which has all the application integrated as per role profile of the agent.
Application includes customer gateway system, agent UI desktop and secure messaging center.
UCA is also integrated with event manager which generate the event and display the customer
information when any customer connect to agent UI via chat channel, so it make easy to track
the customer Information while chatting to customer and resolving queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigned task to all Testing Team members and ensured that all of them have sufficient
work in the project
Configured Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and created automation scripts in Java using
Eclipse.
Involved in automating test cases using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG.
Involved in writing Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.
Uploaded and executed Test Scripts using Quality Centre.
Raising defects using the Bug Tracking tool Quality Centre.
Re-tested the defects and performed Regression Testing.
Assigned defects to a particular team after discussion with client.
Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.
Attended the regular client call and discuss the daily status with the client.
Attended the regular Defect Triage call with developers.
Tracked and prepared the report of testing activities like testing results, test case
coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc.
Organized the status meetings and sent the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the
Client.
