Is This Load Combination Is Enough?: - I Don't Know Why - I Don't Know Why

The document provides dimensions and design parameters for a building that will undergo wind load analysis. It specifies the building size, wall cladding spacing, wind speed, terrain category, and topography factor to calculate wind loads. Several unbraced length factors and unbraced thickness factors are listed for members between floors 3 to 8, but the reasons for some values are unknown. The document concludes with load combinations for the analysis and the requester's questions about determining wind load coefficients, applying loads from both sides, understanding some design parameters, and assessing the sufficiency of the load combinations.

Query
1. How to find out wind load co-eff for all the members?
2. Im applying wind load from both left and right , so how to find co-eff for n-both
the sides, I refer IS:875 :part 3, table:9 , but I cant understand it?
3. Some of the design parameters stated above , I want to know the reason ?
4. Is this load combination is enough?
