Rationale
Education, Training and Information is one of the principles of a
cooperative as stated in the R.A 9520 also known as the Philippine Cooperative
Code of 2008. NutriWealth observes this principle by providing various trainings
for its members to be more productive, competent, effective and efficient and be
able to contribute adequately to the growth of the organization. Most cooperative
organizations particularly the Nutri-Wealth engage in the operations of the
business, they are focus indeed in the development of their organization,
members and the community, that is why they are conducting different trainings
for the members and employees to be more able in achieving their common
goals. But aside from that, they must know about the Basic Cooperative Course
too as they running as a cooperative.
Not knowing the cooperative course
sufficiently could be a problem in running the cooperative, it is essential to the
people working in the cooperative to have an education in Basic Cooperative
Course in order to justify and perform the concepts and principles of a
cooperative.
Lack of information about the Basic Cooperative Course causes the
members and employees to fail in introducing the cooperative to the people
properly, most especially to the neophytes who are planning to join the
cooperative, it is also possible for other people to have a bad impression in the
cooperative which might become a barrier to success and could not be able to
afford progressive development.
As a cooperative organization, it is very important to be filled with
knowledge about the cooperative.
To help the members and employees of
NutriWealth to be more informed with the concepts and operations of the
cooperative, we proposed a seminar with the subject Basic Cooperative
Course, this subject will really help the people in the organization to overview
