Reflection

In this reflection, the author discusses presenting the letter P to children. They first reviewed letters, showed objects starting with P, and had children provide words starting with P. The author sang songs with actions and showed words to learn. They asked about each word's meaning and where it could be seen. Groups did easy activities, though one made a mess. While teaching, the children listened but had low understanding and forgot words easily. They also did not follow instructions for the activities. The author was disappointed but did their best. Going forward, they will focus on attracting the children and activities that do not make a mess.

Reflection 1

In this day the teacher ask me to present letter P, I was

prepared enough to lecture. First, I review for them the letters,
after that, I show them objects starts with letter P, then I told
them to give me words starts with letter P, I played the song of
sounds, and sing with the children with the action, I show them
the words that they have to learn, then I ask them about each
word and what is it, and where can we see it. After introducing the
letter I gave them groups activity, the activities were so easy and
the children like them, the teacher also ask me if she can take
one of the activities, I told her you may but the children mess the
activity, I was so disappointed.
When I was teaching them, they were listening but their
understanding abilities are low, when I teaching them the word
they understand it but they forget it easily. They also havent
done the activities like what I ask them to do, that was miserable,
but I was happy because I did my best to teach them.
I will focus on doing a better job to attract them and make an
activities which will not make a mess.
