RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Company Profile:
Kandahi Beverages Pvt Ltd, located in Chandigarh is one of the leading bottlers of Coca Cola
India. We studied about the employee satisfaction of welfare programme at kandhari beverages
among the logistic teams.

RESEARCH DESIGN
First, a secondary research was conducted, keeping in mind the topic of study, to gain a clear
insight of the topic .For this; we consulted many books, manuals and theories. This helped us in
designing and framing the right kind of questions. The proper design helped us in selection of
relevant questions for the study .The following questions was then proposed to be studied, under
descriptive research which helped us in analysis.

SELECTION OF RESPONDENTS
We selected 20 respondents at work place randomly and asked them to fill the questionnaire. No
interview or questions were asked beyond this set of questions.

Organization welfare facilities & Programs is good

More number of the Employees are satisfied with the Fringe benefits.

Medical Facilities to the Employees in the organization are good.

Training programs is provided to the employees to prevent future accidents.
