Americano (Built)

30 ml Campari, 30 ml sweet vermouth, club soda to fill, Slice of orange Build over ice in an old-
fashioned glass top with club soda, stir gently, garnish with orange slice

Brandy Alexander (Shaken)

30 ml Brandy , 30 ml white Crème de Cacao ,30 ml Light cream ,grated nutmeg - Shake all
ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain contents into a cocktail glass. Grate nutmeg on top
and serve.

B And B (Built)

30 ml Brandy , 30 ml Benedictine - Float brandy on top of Benedictine in a cordial glass without

mixing and serve.

B - 52 Shooter (Built)

20 ml Kahlua, 20 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream, 20 ml Cointreau/ Grand Marnier- Pour the liqueurs in the
above order over the back of a spoon into a shot glass to create a layered effect. A Mudslide is
similar, but with 20 ml each of Kahlua, Bailey’s and vodka in a shot glass. The Cointreau or vodka
may be set alight for a flaming B-52.

Bacardi Cocktail (Shaken)

45 ml Bacardi Light rum ,15 ml Lime juice , 5 ml Grenadine -Shake with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Garnish with lime slice

Between The Sheets (Shaken)

20 ml Brandy , 20 ml Light rum , 15 ml Cointreau , 15 ml Lime juice – Shake with ice and strain
into a cocktail glass, garnish with lime slice.

Black Russian (Shaken)

45 ml Vodka , 15 ml Coffee liqueur – Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. For a White
Russian shake the above ingredients with 20 ml cream and strain into cocktail glass. For a Brave
Bull, substitute vodka with tequila.

Bloody Mary (Built)

60 ml Vodka , 120 ml Tomato juice ,15 ml Lime juice ,1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2-3 drops
Tabasco sauce ,1 wedge Lime – Build over ice in a salt-rimmed old-fashioned/roly poly glass. Stir
well. Garnish with lime slice, celery stick and serve. Variations are Bloody Caesar...same as above
only substitute clamato juice for tomato juice and rim the glass with celery salt Bloody Maria- with
Tequila instead of Vodka, Danish Mary- with Aquavit instead of Vodka. A Bullshot has beef
buillon instead of the tomato juice.

Blue Lagoon (Built)

45 ml Vodka , 15 ml Blue Curaçao ,Lemonade ,1 Cherry Build over ice in a Collins glass. Top with
lemonade, drop in the cherry, and serve.

Bombay Cocktail (Stirred)

15 ml Dry Vermouth ,15 ml Sweet Vermouth ,30 ml Brandy ,5 ml Triple sec ,5 ml Anis or Pernod -
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

Brandy Flip (Shaken)

45 ml Brandy , 1 whole Egg , 15 ml sugar syrup, 30 ml Light cream , 1/8 tsp grated Nutmeg – Shake
all ingredients (except for nutmeg) with ice. Strain into a wine glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Bronx (Shaken)

45 ml Gin, 15 ml Dry Vermouth , 15 ml Sweet Vermouth, 45 ml Orange juice- Shake with ice and
strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with orange slice.

Caipirinha (Muddled & Built)

60 ml cachaça (Brazilian sugarcane spirit), 1 lime cut into 8 wedges, sugar

Muddle the lime wedges and sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with cracked ice. Pour the
cachaça into the glass. Stir well. If cachaça is replaced with white rum the drink becomes a
Caipirissima. If replaced with vodka the drink becomes a Caipiroska.

Champagne Cocktail (Built)

 15 ml brandy, 150 ml Chilled Champagne ,1 sugar cube ,2 dashes Angostura Bitters ,1 twist of
Lemon peel Place sugar cube and add bitters into a chilled champagne flute. Add brandy and fill
with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve

Chi-Chi (Blended)

45 ml Vodka, 45 ml Cream of coconut , 120 ml Pineapple juice , 1 spear of Pineapple, 1 Cherry

Blend vodka, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with crushed ice in a blender. Pour into a
goblet/wine glass with ice cubes, decorate with a long spear of pineapple and the cherry, and serve.

Cosmopolitan (Shaken)

45 ml vodka, 15 ml Cointreau, 15 ml lime juice, 30 ml cranberry juice .Shake with ice. Strain into a
chilled cocktail glass, garnish with lime slice or orange zest.

Cuba Libre (Built)

60 ml Bacardi white rum ,10 ml lime juice, Coke Build over ice in a Collins glass. Stir and serve
garnished with lime slice.

Daiquiri (Shaken)

45 ml light rum, 10 ml lime juice, 15 ml sugar syrup.Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail
glass/champagne saucer, and serve garnished with lime rind. For a Frozen Daiquiri blend with ice
and serve unstrained. For fruit Daiquiris, blend with required fresh fruit such as kiwifruit,
strawberry, etc.

Dubonnet Cocktail (Stirred)

45 ml Gin , 15 ml Dubonnet Rouge , 1 dash Bitters , 1 twist of Lemon peel .Stir all ingredients
(except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

 Eggnog (hot) (Blended)

30 ml brandy, 30 ml dark rum, 15 ml sugar syrup, 1 egg, 120 ml hot milk, grated nutmeg

Blend all ingredients (except milk) until smooth and pour into a heat-proof goblet. Stir in the hot milk,
sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.

Gimlet (Shaken)

45 ml Gin , 15 ml Lime juice cordial , 1 Lime wedge – Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass
and garnish with lime slice.

Gin Fizz (Shaken)

 60 ml Gin , 15 ml lime juice, 15 ml sugar syrup, Club soda

Shake gin, lime juice, and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with club soda, stir,
and serve garnished with lime slice. For a Silver Fizz, add an egg white to the shaker, for a Golden Fizz,
add a yolk instead.

Godfather (Shaken/Built)

45 ml scotch, 20 ml amaretto- Shake/ Build over ice in an old-fashioned glass. For a Godmother
substitute scotch with vodka.

Grasshopper (Shaken)

30 ml green crème de Menthe, 30 ml clear crème de Cacao, 30 ml cream. Shake with ice and strain into
a cocktail glass.

Harvey Wallbanger (Built)

45 ml Vodka , 15 ml Galliano , 120 mlOrange juice. Pour vodka and orange juice into a Collins glass
over ice cubes and stir. Float Galliano on top and serve, garnish with orange slice. If tequila is used
instead of vodka, the drink becomes a Freddy Fudpucker.

John Collins (Built)

60 ml Bourbon , 10 ml lime juice , 15 ml sugar syrup, Club soda , 1 Maraschino cherry , 1 lime slice

Build in a Collins glass with ice. Top with club soda. Stir and garnish with cherry and lime slice.

Kamikaze (Shaken)

45 ml Vodka, 15 ml triple sec, 15 ml lime juice

Shake with ice and strain in cocktail glass, garnish with slice of lime. Popularly served in a shot glass
as a shooter, without the garnish. For a Blue Kamikaze substitute triple sec with blue curacao.

Kir Royale (Build)

150 ml Champagne, 15 ml crème de cassis

Add cassis to champagne flute. Top with chilled champagne and serve.Other champagne cocktails are
Bellini- with fresh peach puree, Rossini-with fresh crushed strawberries, Buck’s Fizz or Mimosa-with
fresh orange juice, Black Velvet- with equal part of Stout, Death in the Afternoon- with Pernod

Long Island Iced tea (Built)

15 ml. Vodka,15 ml. White Rum, 15 ml. Tequila, 15 ml Gin, 15 ml. Cointreau, 15 ml. lime juice, 15 ml.
sugar syrup, cola. Build over ice in a Collins glass, top with cola. Garnish with wedge of lime.

Mai Tai (Built)

30 ml white rum,30 ml dark rum, 15 ml orange Curacao, 15 ml Orgeat Syrup, 15 ml fresh lime- Build in
a highball glass over ice. Stir & garnish with pineapple spear and cherry.

Manhattan (Stirred)

45 ml oz Blended Bourbon , 15 ml Sweet Vermouth , dash Angostura bitters , 1 Maraschino cherry

Stir with ice, strain in cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.

Manhattan Dry (Stirred)

45 ml Canadian whisky , 15 ml Dry Vermouth , 1 dash Angostura bitters , Lemon peel - Stir with
ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.

Margarita (Shaken)

45 ml Tequila , 15 ml Triple sec , 15 ml Lime juice , Salt .Rub rim of Margarita glass with lime
juice, dip rim in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve. For
a Frozen Margarita blend with ice and serve unstrained in a salt-rimmed glass. For a Blue
Margarita substitute triple sec with Blue Curaçao. For fruit Margaritas, blend with required fresh
fruit such as kiwifruit, strawberry, etc.

Martini Dry (Stirred)

60 ml Gin , 15 ml Dry Vermouth ,1 Olive

Stir briskly over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a Martini glass, add the olive, and serve. A
more contemporary version substitutes gin with vodka. The cocktail is shaken instead of stirred.

Other variations: If garnished with a cocktail onion instead of the olive the Martini is known as a
Gibson. For a Dirty Martini, add a little brine from the olive jar to the drink, for a Filthy Martini, add
a crushed olive. Gin and French has 2 parts of gin & 1 part of dry French vermouth, lemon slice.
Flavored versions like Green Apple Martini, Kaffir lime Martini, Chocolate Martini are based on
vodka and are becoming increasingly popular. Many involve muddling of fruit, herb, spice, etc.

Martini Sweet (Stirred)

 60 ml Gin , 15 ml Sweet Vermouth , 1 cherry . Stir gin and vermouth with ice and strain into a
Martini glass. Add the cherry and serve. Gin And It has 2 parts gin and 1 part sweet Italian
vermouth, orange slice.

Mint Julep (Muddled & Built)

60 ml. bourbon, mint leaves, sugar, club soda- In a Collins glass muddle fresh mint with sugar. Add
cracked ice, then the bourbon, top with soda . Stir gently. Garnish with mint sprigs. Traditionally served
on in the US on Kentucky Derby day, the first Saturday in May.

Mojito (Muddled & Built)

60 ml white rum, mint leaves,1 lime cut into 8 wedges, sugar, club soda. Muddle mint and sugar in an
old-fashioned glass, followed by lime wedges. Fill half the glass with cracked ice; add rum and stir,
then top with club soda.

Negroni (Camparinete) (Stirred/ Shaken)

30 ml gin, 15 ml sweet vermouth, 15 ml Campari,- Shake/ Stir. Pour into highball glass over ice cubes,
top with soda, garnish with orange slice/ lime slice.

Old Fashioned (Built)

60 ml bourbon or rye, 10 ml sugar syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters- Build over ice in old-fashioned
glass, top with club soda, garnish with orange slice & cherry.

Pimms No 1 cup (Built)

60 ml Pimm's No. 1 , Lemonade to top. Build in a highball glass, stir well and add a slice of lemon and
cucumber each.

Piña Colada (Blended)

45 ml white rum, 45 ml Cream of coconut , 120 ml Pineapple juice , 1 spear of Pineapple, 1 Cherry -
Blend rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with crushed ice in a blender. Pour into a Collins
glass/pineapple shell, decorate with a long spear of pineapple and the cherry, and serve.

Pink Gin (Stirred/ Built)

60 ml Plymouth gin, 4 dashes Angostura bitters

Twirl bitters in a cocktail glass to streak the sides. Stir gin with ice, strain gently into the glass.

Pink Lady (Shaken)

45 ml Gin , 5 ml Grenadine , 10 ml fresh lime, 1/2 Egg white , cocktail cherry.Shake all ingredients with
ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve garnished with a cherry.

Planters Punch (Built)

30 ml Light rum , 30 ml Dark rum , 60 ml Pineapple juice, 60 ml Orange juice , 10 ml fresh lime, 10 ml
orgeat/sugar syrup - Build in Collins glass over ice, stir well. Garnish with orange or pineapple slice.
Recipe may have many variations.

Rob Roy (Stirred)

45 ml Scotch , 15 ml oz Sweet Vermouth , 1 dash Angostura bitters , 1 Maraschino cherry - Stir

ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. Similar to Manhattan.

Rusty Nail (Stirred/ Built)

30 ml Scotch , 30 ml Drambuie , 1 twist of Lemon peel .Stir/ Build over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Stir well. Garnish with lemon peel.

Sangria (Punch)

Combine and pre-chill ½ lit dry red wine, sugar, 1 lemon sliced, 1 orange sliced, 90 ml brandy. Just
before serving top with soda, serve in punch cup or wine glasses. Popular party drink.

Screwdriver (Built)

60 ml Vodka , 120 ml Orange juice, orange slice, cocktail cherry

Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir and serve garnished with orange slice and cherry. Other vodka
long drinks are Moscow Mule with gingerale, Cape Codder with cranberry juice, Greyhound with
grapefruit juice, Salty Dog with grapefruit juice in a salt-rimmed glass. Sloe Comfortable Screw has
equal parts of sloe gin, Southern Comfort & vodka topped with orange juice. A float of Galliano on this

drink makes it a Sloe Comfortable Screw against the wall. A Fuzzy Navel has equal parts of Peach
Schnapps & vodka topped with orange juice.

Sex on the Beach (Built)

45 ml Vodka , 15 ml Peach schnapps, 60 ml each of cranberry juice & orange juice (some recipes
substitute pineapple or grapefruit juice). Build over ice in highball glass, garnish with orange slice &
cherry. For a smaller version, reduce juice quantity, shake and serve in cocktail glass.

Sidecar (Shaken)

45 ml Cognac , 15 ml Cointreau , 15 ml lime juice .Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass/
champagne saucer.

Singapore Sling (Built)

45 ml gin, 15 ml cherry brandy, 15 ml fresh lime juice, club soda to top Add gin and lime juice over ice
in a highball glass and stir well. Fill with club soda and top with cherry brandy. Garnish with cherry &
lime slice and serve.

Stinger (Shaken)

45 ml brandy, 15 ml white or green crème de menthe

Shake well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Tequila Sunrise (Built)

60 ml Silver Tequila , 120 ml Orange juice to fill , 10 ml Grenadine, 10 ml fresh lime.Build over ice in a
Collins glass. Add grenadine. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly
through the drink. Garnish cherry-orange.

Tom Collins (Built)

60 ml Gin , 15 ml lime juice , 15 ml Sugar syrup , club soda to fill, 1 Maraschino cherry , 1 lime slice
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and
the lime slice.

Whiskey Sour (Shaken)

45 ml bourbon or rye whiskey, 15 ml lime juice, 10 ml sugar syrup, 1/2 egg white, slice of lime Shake
with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass, garnish with lime slice.

White Lady (Shaken)

45 ml Gin , 15 ml Cointreau, 10 ml lime juice, slice of lime.Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with slice of lime. For a White Lady 1910, shake the cocktail with ½ egg-white.

White Wine Spritzer

In a white wine glass, pour in equal measure of chilled white wine and club soda each. Garnish with a
lemon twist.

Zombie (Blended/ Shaken)

20 ml. dark rum, 20 ml. light rum, 20 ml. golden rum , 15 ml lemon juice and 30 ml orange juice, 30 ml
pineapple juice. Half fill blender with crushed ice. Add the three rums, juices, 15 ml sugar syrup, 15
ml of apricot brandy and blend well. Pour into Collins glass, float 5ml over proof rum and garnish with
orange slices & cherry. This cocktail has many variations in the ingredients & their proportions.
