Bloody Mary 2 shots vodka 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce 4 dashes Tabasco pinch salt grind black pepper juice lemon 3 shots tomato juice Shake over ice, strain into long glass, garnish with celery stick. Tom Collins 2 shots gin 1 shot sugar syrup 1 shot fresh lemon Shake over ice, pour over crushed ice in glass and top with soda (2 shots). Garnish with lemon wedge. Long Island Iced Tea (makes 3) 1 shot vodka 1 shot gin 1 shot white tequila 1 shot white rum 1 shot Cointreau Mix over ice, divide between glasses (~2 shots each), squeeze lemon, top with cola (~2 shots). Raspberry vodkatini 2 shots Absolut Raspberi 1 shot lemon juice 1 shot light sugar syrup squeeze fresh lime

Cosmopolitan 1 shot vodka 1 shot cointreau 1 shot cranberry 1 shot lemon squeeze fresh lime Japanese Slipper 1 shot Midori 1 shot cointreau 1 shot lemon squeeze fresh lemon Mix over ice and strain into cold martini glass, garnish with lemon slice Pajanese Slipper As above but with Limoncello instead of Midori. Fruit Tingle 1 shot vodka 1 shot blue curacao dash grenadine Mix over ice in a glass, top with lemonade and stir, garnish with cherry/umbrella. Mad Wriggle 1 shot gin 1 shot apple sourz 1 shot lemon juice

300ml cream Blend well together, stir with ice, strain into glass with crushed ice, decorated with chocolate syrup and garnish with flaked chocolate. B53 1 shot Kahlua 1 shot cointreau 1 shot Baileys 3 shots milk Shake well over ice and strain into a glass. White Russian 1 shot Kahlua 1 shot vodka 3 shots milk dash cream Shake well over ice and strain into a glass with crushed ice. Brown Bunny 1 shot Kahlua 1 shot crme de cacao 1 shot Baileys Layer into tall glass and top with a splash of milk.

Strawberry daiquiri (makes 6) 400g strawberries (frozen) 60g sugar juice of 2 limes 2 shots grenadine 6 shots rum ice (couple of handfuls) Blend all ingredients, taste and serve. Watermelon Vodkatini Blend frozen watermelon chunks with sugar syrup and lime to taste. For every 500ml of mixture, add 6-8 shots vodka (to taste).
