COURSE EXPECTATION

Mechanics of deformable bodies is a vital course in my engineering program, it is the foundation of

most topics and problems that will be encountered for incoming subjects. I have already failed mec32 once

because I had a hard time in absorbing all the lessons but I expect that this time I will be able to pass it and

at the same time attain a better grade. Engr. Robles has been my professor for fluid mechanics and I

believe some expectations were already met like considerations and giving generous bonus or plus points. I

expect to have different activities including group works to provide a better chance of passing and I hope

that the class will not be stressful and also that exams will have both manageable and difficult problems. I

hope that I will learn more things from mec32 and even improve on some of the topics I already

encountered on my first take. I expect that after I have accomplished this course, I will be able to

understand fully mechanics of bodies and gain knowledge to make me ready for the next subject which is

theory of structures.
