FOR STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF BLOCK 10 ROOF

In accordance with Section 28(6) of the Building Control Act (the Act) and
Regulations 4 and 5 of The Building Control (Inspection of Buildings) Regulations (the
Regulations), I, Tan King Heong, the Structural Engineer appointed by the building
owner under section 28(3) of the Act have conducted design check and take into
consideration the condition and structure of the building and hereby submit the report
of the results of my inspection. I certify that the inspection was carried out and the
report was prepared by me in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the
Regulations.
