Purpose
The purpose of this WIKI is to describe how to check data values for key figures in Planning Areas.
Overview
During demand planning, the Key Figures used in planning can have huge, negative and fixed values that could interfere in
the planning process with errors. With this WIKI you will be able to determine the values with its combination.
To find out the values, you should use report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_QUERY. This report will query the Planning Area and
Planning Version for the selected option. You can define a specific Key Figure or select all Key Figures from Planning Area
using asterisk ( * ).
Options for Checking
Fixed Values: when you select this option, the result will be a list with all the values that are fixed.
Negative Values: for this option, all values that are negative will be shown in the result list.
Value Greater than X: in the field on the right you define the X value. System will check for values that are greater than X
and will display the result with this filter.
How to Correct the Values
In order to correct negative or huge values, you can use the Interactive Planning itself (transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94), based
in the selection shown in the result of report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_QUERY. Use the CVCs and correct the values.
However, you can face errors because of huge values, so another approach is to use transaction /SAPAPO/TSKEYFMAIN.
Using this transaction, you will be able to change a bucket directly without accessing the Interactive Planning, thus, not
receiving any error.
