I, CRISTINA B. HERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow and


with residence at Brgy. Poblacion II, Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite, after having
been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That I am the sole and only surviving legal heir of the late SPOUSES
CESARIO H. BENDO & VIRGINIA BENCITO who died without leaving
without any will or debt that has not been settled up to the present;

That the said deceased at the time of their death left a parcel of
AGRICULTURAL land situated at Brgy. Narvaez, Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite
which is more particularly described to wit;

“A parcel of AGRICULTURAL land situated at Brgy.


Narvaez, Gen. E. Aguinaldo, Cavite designated as Lot No. 10626-
E-3 part containing an area of THREE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED FORTY (3,340) square meters covered by
ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. P-7418 ( Free
Patent No. 058535) and duly supported by Tax Declaration
of Real Property Number 06-0013-00086 bounded on the North
by 41 ( Lot 2471): on the East by an Old Creek: on the South by
05(Lot No.2822) : and on the West by 41 (Lot No. 2822)”

That pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the


Philippines, I hereby Adjudicate unto myself the above described parcel of
land without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned Rules
of Court.

That for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND


PESOS (P34,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid by LORETO Q.
OLANO married to ALFREDO A. OLANO, both of legal ages, Filipino
citizens and residents of Block 16, Lot 14, Amethyst Street, Diamond Village,
Brgy. Salawag, Dasmarinas City, receipt of which sum is hereby
acknowledged to my great satisfaction, do hereby these presents SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely unto the said VENDEE, her
heirs, successors and assigns said portion of parcel of land above described
consisting of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE (189) SQUARE METERS as
RIGHT OF WAY to the adjacent lot No. 2462 as per attached sketch,
particularly described as Lot 1 (30 square meters) and Lot 2 (159 square
meters).
